Following on from customer/client and buyer interviews, working with individuals and service teams to develop the optimum way of working with clients. Coaching and development of those individuals and teams to help implement actions and new ways of working.
Business development skills
Working with individuals and teams to help them create and exploit – over a period of time – their own, sustainable sales pipelines. We will teach them how to approach targets and give them the confidence and ammunition to give them the best chance to success. The key is working “on the job” in real life situations.

Where individual training is not possible, we provide bespoke training courses for organisations covering a range of customer/client management and business development skills
